This place suits me perfectly, providing free Wi-Fi, a relaxing spa, and a wonderful restaurant. On my first stay, the staff kindly assisted with a late departure. I highly recommend it and can't wait to return for Christmas!

However, a minor issue arose with a gap in the bed that made it slightly uncomfortable, but the overall bed comfort was good. It felt premium to have inclusive amenities without extra charges like parking, always a nice bonus.

The breakfast spread was mind-blowing, like a culinary festival right in the hotel! We also adored the large pool area and stunning spa facilities that totally helped us unwind after adventuring around Zakopane.

The breakfast had a generous selection, but some hot items could be served at a higher temperature. Overall, a memorable stay that I look forward to enjoying again.
